I enrolled for the mdis course today. its gonna start soon.
its gonna be hectic...tues, wed, sat! but i guess,i would rather it end sooner than later. so i will bite through it and hopefully come out tops.

I gave a few bucks to this guy who claim he lost his wallet.
Though he speaks reasonable English, not those China Cheenas, I know he's a fraud. I hope my troubles can be given away like that too.
I'm looking forward to Wala later on.
And Dr Lim from Kyotoland juz called me. I think he's serious about offering me a job. We'll see how it goes. I won't mind 3k per month minimum basic. |

Today, I had my most expensive haircut to date. As a matter of fact, I actually wanted to head down to Jasmine's saloon, but alas, they rest on a Sunday. Hence I met up with Hb and went to Jean Yip. Hmm...I wouldn't say the cut was somewhat more special than what I would get from the chio auntie below. But at least she tried to do something. I appreciate that.
And oh fuck, she asked if I was losing hair. She even showed me a reflection of the back of my head. FUCK. I don't wanna go bald!

Just received a call from Yellow Pages. I got accepted! Haha. Actually after that horrendous 2nd interview, I thought I definitely had no chance liao. Who would have thought my crap would have got me through?
But then again, there's Singapore Powers, CitiBank and Yellow Pages to choose from. Dilemma dilemma dilemma.
Guan advised to strike out SP straight away as its a Mon-Sat work week and there is no commission! I kinda agree. No commission=sian. Haha, that's just me lah. But the SP job is super relac.

I just got back my prints, some of them suck man.
Like I wanted to show a silhouette and the print shop purposely compensate for my shot such that my sunset becomes overexposed. Man! Can't they have some artistic feel? Now I know why they charge 20cents per piece. The other shop who charges 30cents is much more professional. At least he has abit of artistic feel in him.
And there's the other one where they cropped away the bottom which is the crux of the picture, can't they crop away the top which shows like nothing? Ah! Gek sim ah.
I understand there will be minimal cropping/compensating of image. I just hope they put in abit more effort into it. |

We consolidated our pictures and videos yesterday. Guess what? We had an astounding 1,234(time to buy 4d) pictures and 2 DV tapes of video! Ha. Amazing really.
I've more or less sorted out the pics and am gonna send them for printing real soon.

After 372 images(from my camera alone, not counting the other 2 digital cameras, the film camera or the handycam) and 7 days of fun, I'm back in Singapore!
Taiwan is a great place to relax and unwind and just basically eat and eat. Lotsa cheap food around. In fact, the posh restaurant at Dan Shui can't hold a candle to the Sichuan food located at the backstreet of Hsi Men Ting.
As there are just too many images, I'll just choose a few and put it up here. : )
